Technical principle of prestressed wire winding：

The core technology of ultra high pressure equipment is prestressed wire winding technology (PWW). PWW utilizing a special machine to wind steel wire on the forged steel cylinder / frame (image 1, 2) which will keep a certain pressure on to it. When pressurized to the cylinder, the internal and external pressure gradually reaches balance and keep the cylinder safe (image 3).

PWW technology has the following advantages over traditional thick-walled containers:

●  More safety. Once the inner pressure exceeds the pressure limits and the safety devices failed to relief the inner pressure, the traditional thick-walled containers will explode immediately but PWW containers will break the winded wire first.

●  Less size and weight. PWW can make the cylinder wall thinner which will reduce the size and weight of ultra high pressure equipment.

Development of prestressed wire winding technology:

PWW has been developed in China over 50 years since 1970s:

● 1970   China started the theoretical research.

● 1980   A state-owned company started the research on winding isostatic press.

● 2000   Before 2000, China has only one wire winding machine which belongs to the state-owned company.

● 2004   Mr. Sun worked in the state-owned company. Through his hard work, he was promoted from Technician to Project Engineer. 

● 2010   Mr. Sun conducted assembling wire winding machine in Shanghai and Shanxi as Chief Engineer and left several Isostatic Press' design data. 

● 2015   Mr. Sun, as one of co-funder with Mr. Zhu and Mr. Gao, established a new company. He designed and assembled the Wire Winding Machine, and started to design and manufacture various Isostatic Press, Ultra-high Pressure Food Sterilization Press, Oil Press, etc. 

● 2021   The company has been listed as one of the "Leading manufacturers of Key Equipment in the realm of MLCC & RF Filter" by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People' Republic of China (MIIT)
